After an opening announcement, each attendee made a self introduction one by one.  As the host of this meeting, on behalf of PEIAC, Mr. Jianguo Xu, delivered a welcome speech; On behalf of the secretariat, Mr. Senshu Xie made a brief report to conclude the work of past year.

The representative of each member respectively gave a short report to introduce the situation of printing industry and printing exhibition in their own country. The speaker should send the E-edition of his/her report to the secretariat by E-mail as soon as possible. These E-editions will be published on the website of www.asia-print.org.

The following issues were discussed and decided:

A. A resolution concerning member attending meeting was passed by the members unanimously. See <Resolution on Member Attending Meeting>.

                                                           

B.   A resolution concerning the annual meeting next year was passed by the members. The annual meeting 2014 will be held in Pakistan. The secretariat and PAPGAI will discuss and confirm the date and place later.

C.   The election for President and Vice President was held on the meeting. Mr. Jianguo Xu, Chairman of PEIAC, was elected as President unanimously by the members; Ms. Belle Yam was elected as the 1st Vice President and Mr. Jimmy Juneanto was elected as Vice President. Mr. Demao Wang was elected as Honorary President unanimously by the attendees.
