I.         Welcome and Roll call
Mr. Xu Jianguo, President of Asia Print, announced the commencement of the meeting at 09:30 p.m. and welcomed the attendance of all the delegates.  Mr. Xu Jianguo invited all the attendees to introduce themselves one by one.

II.      Global Print meeting information sharing

1.  In order to meet needs of the printing industry and technology development, the pattern of global printing exhibitions changed.  As one of the world's most important printing exhibitions, cycle of Drupa will be changed from 4 years to 3 years, in order to adapt to the rapid development pace of current printing technology.  In addition, the JPMA also considered the merger of two shows of IGAS and JGAS, cancelled JGAS, and the show cycle of IGAS was adjusted from the original 4 years to 3 years;

2 German government proposed industry 4.0 concept and it is the hotest topics of the industry nowadays, it has been widely recognized by printing industry.

3. Digital printing is development trend of the industry which has been accepted, but the proportion of the digital printing is not high in the market world widely.

III. Development of Chinese printing industry

Mr. Jianguo Xu introduced the development of Chinese printing industry status quo.  He believes that the growth of the total printing market in China will be basically consistent with Chinese GDP growth, about 7%, the development speed of digital printing will be faster; With the development of the industry, the printing industry in China has entered the stage of structural reorganization, he believes a batch of new internet related enterprises will appear, a number of enterprises will be merged, a number of enterprises will be eliminated in the future.  At present, impact posed by environmental protection to Chinese printing industry is not clear, it is expected in the next two years that the environmental protection policies of the Chinese government on the printing industry will have more severe effects.

Mr. K.S. Khurana, Chairman of IPAMA, added that Drupa exhibition shortens exhibition days because its number of professional visitors was reduced.  Currently the printing market is relatively good in China and India, but the exhibition organizers should pay attention to enhance the quality of exhibitors and visitors in the future, only the quality of the exhibition were enhanced, the exhibition can survive in the future.

IV. Approval of the minutes of the last meeting

Mr. Jianguo Xu asked for approval of the minutes of the last meeting (Aug. 2014) in Korea. There were no objections, so the minutes were approved unanimously.

V. Election of President and Vice-Presidents

As one of the main topics of the meeting, the meeting elected new president and vice presidents.

Mr. Jianguo Xu, Chairman of Printing and Printing Equipment Industry Association of China was unanimously elected as President of Asia Print;

Ms. Belle Yam, Managing Director of Malaysia Kaizer Exhibitions and Mr. Jimmy Juneanto, President of Indonesian Master Printers Association were elected as Vice President of Asia Print unanimously.

Mr. Jianguo Xu said one of the main tasks of the new leadership is to amend the constitution.
